Subhojit leads programme implementation and capacity-building initiatives at Baala, working closely with grassroots organisations, educators, and community leaders across India. He has facilitated workshops, trainings, and learning programmes focused on participatory facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and programme delivery. Drawing from extensive field experience, Subhojit brings a practical perspective to leadership, helping participants strengthen their facilitation skills, navigate group dynamics, and translate learning into action within their organisations and communities.
Saumya Singh
Saumya is a leadership and facilitation professional with extensive experience designing and delivering experiential learning programmes for professionals, educators, and community practitioners. She specialises in facilitation, group dynamics, adult learning, and reflective leadership, creating engaging spaces where participants can build confidence through practice. As a facilitator for the Baala CARE Leadership Course, she brings a learner-centred approach that equips participants with practical skills to lead conversations, foster collaboration, and strengthen leadership across diverse contexts.
